Our helpdesk provides support to over 300 clients, handling thousands of calls every year.

With continuous communications with our engineers and vehicle trackers on all our service vehicles, we are able to allocate service calls directly to the closest engineers with the skills and experience to respond promptly and efficiently.


The team are equipped with state of the art systems which ensure they can allocate the correct labour resource to each individual call out.

With over 20 years’ experience between them, the team have all completed extensive helpdesk training, customer service and relationship management courses. They are cross trained to guarantee continuity of service throughout the business 24/7 365 days a year and have excellent understanding of client requirements.
