  • First point of contact for call outs
  • Raising and recording call outs on bespoke MIS system
  • Allocating Technician to cover call outs
  • Instructing sub contractors where necessary
  • Following up to call out – chasing reports
  • Scheduling in labour
  • Attending daily daybook meeting
  • Issuing PPM Task Sheets
