We have dedicated Helpdesk Representatives / Customer Services Co-ordinators to assist in providing clients with a high standard call out service and provide administrative assistance to our Contract Managers.
- First point of contact for call outs
- Raising and recording call outs on bespoke MIS system
- Allocating Technician to cover call outs
- Instructing sub contractors where necessary
- Following up to call out – chasing reports
- Scheduling in labour
- Attending daily daybook meeting
- Issuing PPM Task Sheets
