From the information provided by MIS, we are able to produce site specific expenditure details presented in graph and tabular formats, covering any historical period of PPM activity with data ranges that cover many services disciplines (heating/air-conditioning/controls, call-out etc.). This system provides a detailed audit trail for cost expenditure and works status.

Frequently utilised by our clients for capital expenditure budgeting, rent review data (service charge) and also to assess building performance, it continues to add value where others cannot.
