Moving Forward From Proposal to PPM Activity
As a result of Acorn’s flexible IT systems and customer focussed ethos, clients can expect a seamless transition from proposal to PPM implementation.
- Unique requirements of the customer are captured at the enquiry stage and form the basis of the agreement.
- Upon engagement, client and building specific data is transferred to the financial and operational functions of Acorn via MIS, instigating the allocation of management and engineering resources, the procurement of outsourced elements, and commercial aspects of the contract.
- Specific site based documentation is prepared and facilitates the mobilisation and scheduling of engineering resources including specialist sub-contractors, consumable stocks and spares.
- Handover from the Account Manager to the Operations Manager takes place on site with the client when all aspects relating to our scope of supply are discussed.
- Overall labour scheduling is reviewed with the client and first service visits agreed.
