Summary of Additional Services

  • 5 year fixed wiring test & inspection : Carry out test and inspection of fixed wiring, a NICEIC certificate will be issued following satisfactory completion of the test and inspection. Compliance with current legislation and satisfies building insurance obligations.
  • A/C inspections : The inspection will examine refrigeration and air movement equipment that constitutes the air-conditioning systems including their controls, Advise on how the energy efficiency of effectiveness of the A/C Systems might be improved to reduce carbon footprint and cut the cost to operate the building by way of energy consumption.
  • Remote BMS : Energy management and building services system plant control utilising an affordable BEMS alternative to hard wired Trend in the latestwireless technology. Wireless BEMS results in a rapid project payback period and on-going demonstrable reductions in cost to operate the property.
  • Air handling unit refurbishment services : Complete refurbishment and individual components, new standard air curtains, heat pump air curtains, bespoke architectural air curtains both vertical and over-door, new air handling units assembled and flat packed, air curtain refurbishment and servicing, trench heating.
  • Black Building Test : Detailed report and appointment of Test Manager to oversee and supervise test, recording of information and production of the final report of the findings and recommendations of the Black Building Test. Ensures safe operation and integration of the building life safety systems in event of power failure.
  • Building fabric works : Joinery, carpentry, suspended ceilings, partitioning, painting, roofing, glazing,metalwork, guttering, plastering, rendering, tiling, floor laying, acoustic flooring, balustrade, office fit out, remodelling reception areas, steelwork fabrication and installation.
  • Carbon Trust surveys : To save energy, reduce the spend on electricity and gas, reduce the CO2 emissions, monitor trends and report excessive consumption occurrences, strategy for enhanced plant replacement to improve efficiency and lower costs.
  • Emergency lighting : Carry out the annual 3 hour depletion test for the emergency lighting in accordance with current legislation.
  • Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations 2007 : A building inspection to save energy, reduce the
    spend on electricity & gas and to reduce the CO2 emissions.
  • Energy metering : The purpose of the service is to fit permanent metering to the mains supply in your building which can be monitored remotely to provide benchmark date to enable you to make conscious and accurate decisions about how to save energy in the building. Tool mechanism for monitoring carbon emissions and keeping the carbon footprint low and can monitor real cost savings.

  • Solar Photo Voltaic (PV) Renewable Energy : Solar PV utilises free energy from the sun to generate electricity, relying on daylight rather than radiation to generate power through photovoltaic cells within the roofmountedcollectors. Simple to install renewable energy source, energy saving.
  • Fire alarm servicing : Inspections and servicing of fire alarm systems to include 24/7 call out cover, compliant with the current fire alarm regulations.
  • Generator services : Supply and install industrial generators, switchboards and control systems. Routineservicing, maintenance and repair of industrial generators resistive and inductive Load bank hire, switchgear and temporary load cable hire, generator fuel management national 24 hour breakdown support and technician call out facility.
  • High level guttering : Periodic gutter cleaning, eradicating leaves, twigs, general debris, blockages, standing water, laying decaying vegetation, and snow build up.
  • Water Hygiene Risk Assessment : Identify and assess the sources of risk, undertake a risk assessment, prepare a scheme for preventing or controlling the risk, manage and monitor the precautionary measures, record keeping.
  • Lightning surge & protection : Although not a statutory requirement to install lightning or surge protection it is good practice to do so.
  • Cleaning : Daily office cleaning, abseiling, cladding and glass restoration, waste recycling, window cleaning, washroom services, pest control, specialist IT cleaning.
  • Lighting upgrades & enhancements : We specialise in lighting design, installation, upgrades, retrofits to all commercial properties and in particular where energy savings can be made by replacing with new and more modern fittings and control equipment, and this can include the latest in LED technology where appropriate.
