• Air conditioning: Chillers, cooling towers, dry coolers, VRV/F, VAV, fan coil units, packaged and split systems, pumps and line items.
• Heating: Gas fired boilers, gas fired unit heaters, electric hot water generators, gas booster sets, pipe work distribution, pumps and line items.
• Ventilation: Air handling units, fans, filtration and humidification, ductwork distribution and line items.
• Domestic services: Hot and cold water storage, pipe work distribution, line items, pumps and booster sets.
• Electrical: Mains and sub-mains power distributive and lighting, testing and inspection, emergency lighting.
• Water treatment, water hygiene, Indoor air quality monitoring: Cooling towers, domestic storage and distribution, sampling regimens, risk assessments, water management, indoor environmental monitoring and air sampling.
• Building Management Systems: Various systems, hardware and software aspects.
• Specialist systems: Fire detection and suppression, fall arrest, lightning protection, UPS, diesel generators, lifts, CCTV, access control, pedestrian doors, roller shutters and car park barriers.
