Our in-house technicians are highly skilled, fully trained and accredited by all the appropriate nationally recognised schemes including: CSCS Skill cards; National Britannia Safe Contractor; ContractorPlus, Gas Safe; Refcom (Safe Handling of Refrigerants); Trend Technology Centre and Investor in People. We value the talent in our teams and encourage dedication through succession and promotion from within.
Our success is dependent on our teamwork and at the heart of every team is an Operations Manager. All our customers are assigned a dedicated Operations Manager whose sole responsibility is to ensure that services are delivered in complete accordance with the customer’s requirements. To assist the Operations we operate a Helpdesk to co-ordinate all call outs and servicing.
We operate a very flat company structure and actively encourage a culture of open, two-way communication. Our senior management team actively supports our Operations Managers and is always available for customer meetings.
Communication is critical and we employ a bespoke Management Information System (MIS) that enables our customers to receive up-to-the-minute cost analysis and work status. The system is used to great effect by our customers for building life cycle costing, budgetary planning and expenditure forecasting.
