The portfolio is a mixture of commercial and residential and includes PPM and reactive maintenance, focused on statutory compliance, with 24/7, 365 cover and associated project works installations and modifications.
Our success has been down to alignment with Savills values and objectives at an earlier stage and being recognised as a high performing service partner.
This culminated in early 2017 being awarded Tier 1 Preferred Partner status as Savills completed a supply chain overhaul and review.
We have risen to the challenge of becoming a trusted partner and have committed a dedicated Key Account Manager to the portfolio.
The success is characterised by a close and collaborative working relationship at all levels with client teams. There is a strong communication focus and compliance with contract obligations, particularly performance measures, where we regularly score best in class.
