Next Day Reporting

Our engineers will ensure that our clients receive next day reporting delivered before 9am electronically. Reports are uploaded onto our bespoke client portal and all reports are detailed and often include photographs for added clarification. 

We are also able to adapt to any of our client systems such as Elogbooks and we train our teams so they are qualified and skilled to use such systems.

Management Information System

Our CAFM system has been custom developed to enable us to respond more effectively to our client’s needs. This flexible and intuitive system – called MIS – has provided proven comprehensive integrated capabilities for the planning and delivery of our services.

Our MIS system provides a core suite of reports that can be amended to meet the specific reporting requirements of your management team.

From the start of our service, our process is designed to give our clients full confidence in the way any data is applied to their account so that all subsequent reporting is robust and accurate.

Client Portal

Our client web portal is a dedicated on-line storage area for all our clients building maintenance and asset reports. This is a powerful tool that links into our internal maintenance systems and is updated each day with all the information they need about the work we have carried out on their building.

Accessed via a unique and secure user name and login, this easy-to-use and flexible service enables our clients to view and download all the details they need instantly on a 24x7 basis, without having to wait for any defined reporting cycle or invoice run.
