Problem: Main Challenge?

A problem which has been significantly recognised is many issues related to the age of equipment. As this building has opened in nearly 30 years ago.

Examples: Boilers have become obsolete; Chillers have outlived their life expectancy due to a strict maintenance regime. The ageing infrastructure led to more frequent breakdowns, inconsistent system performance, and higher energy consumption. This reactive environment diverted attention from planned improvements which highlighted the need for a strategic approach to maintain a safe, efficient and compliant building.

Overall Conclusion:

Key Results: All works are monitored by us and the client to ensure that every reactive/PPM has a story to tell from cradle to grave. Meaning that any recommendations from the PPM job can be related to any reactive. We have implemented compliance and safety assurance to support ageing assets. Also improving the overall energy performance by adjusting controls of the systems and enhancing our monitoring to reduce unnecessary energy consumption.

Project Delivery: We ensure all works are completed on schedule and clients remain compliant throughout the process

Ongoing Relationship: Acorn continues to work closely for over 2 decades proving long-term loyalty with the relationship between us and Ayvens.
